Each cake-topper is carefully designed and made on the card-stock of your choice, options available below.
Please mention the colour of the cake topper you would like as well as the wording required (Name and Age ONLY).
PLEASE NOTE: THE CAKE TOPPERS ARE DOUBLE LAYERED TO MAKE THEM STURDIER.
DESCRIPTION:
· Suitable for Birthdays
· Laser cut using high quality Card-stock, available in glitter, metallic and matte.
· Approx 145mm (14.5cm) width. But will sit perfectly on a cake.
· Pack includes: Cake topper, Stick and a Glue dot.
· Condition: New, made from scratch for each order

All of our high-quality cake toppers/decorations are made from food friendly materials.
The cake topper spikes are safe to use on cakes and other food goods
· *Allow between 5-15 working days for cutting, engraving of goods. The despatch timescale for all our personalised products does vary at different times of the year. eg: Peak wedding Season, Christmas etc. Please see the estimated delivery shown on the listing page before ordering to ensure you have left enough time to receive your goods. *
SHIPPING:
· Orders are sent out free via Royal Mail 2nd Class Post.
· If you require a quicker delivery method please choose this option when ordering, however, this does not prioritise your order.
· We are extremely busy at peak times: eg: run upto christmas & wedding season - please consider this when ordering.
· Working hours are between 9am-4pm.
· We do not work evenings and weekends.
RETURNS & REFUNDS:
· Please take care when ordering your item so that no errors are made.
· Due to hygiene reasons, once the packet is opened and the cake-topper is used, no returns will be accepted and no refunds will be made.
· Should any purchase arrive damaged in transit ,or does not arrive at all, then please contact us and we will try our best to rectify the problem.
· You should also contact us if the item is faulty in any way or any mistakes have been made.

Care instructions
Acrylic products come with a thin plastic film on them that protects the product from damage during the laser cutting and engraving process.
Silver and gold acrylic has the film on the front side.
All other colours have the film on both sides.
The film can easily be peeled off.
Wood products may have some dust residue, you can easily wash it off with cold water. Do not soak.
Why does the order take so much time?
We sell on different sales channels and receive multiple orders every day, some range from 1 unit to 400 units of product per order.
Manufacturing and dispatch is organised in terms of the dispatch date provided to me by the sales channel.
Custom and personalised orders
Although all orders are personalised, all the listings include designs that were made in advance.
If you require a completely new design, it will take me time to design the new graphics for your design. This will cost you £1 to £10 extra from the listed price.
