We will need the names & text you require to be engraved as soon as possible.
You can purchase upto 6 small attachments to add to the main piece.
When buying the attachments, just count the names you wish to be added on the smaller pieces, for example:
If you want one name added on a small piece, purchase one attachment, if want two names on two small pieces, purchase 2 attachments, if you want 3 names added on three small pieces, purchase 3 attachments etc.. If you wish to have two names on one piece, purchase one attachment... etc..(we can only add two names max 15 characters on one small piece)

· Orders are sent out free via Royal Mail 2nd Class Post.

· We are extremely busy at peak times: eg: run upto christmas & wedding season - please consider this when ordering.
· Working hours are between 9am-4pm.
· We do not work evenings and weekends.
RETURNS & REFUNDS:
· Please take care when ordering your item so that no errors are made.
· As these items are personalised no refund can be issued after purchase.
· Should any purchase arrive damaged in transit, or does not arrive at all, then please contact us and we will try our best to rectify the problem.

Care instructions
Acrylic products come with a thin plastic film on them that protects the product from damage during the laser cutting and engraving process.
Silver and gold acrylic has the film on the front side.
All other colours have the film on both sides.
The film can easily be peeled off.
Wood products may have some dust residue, you can easily wash it off with cold water. Do not soak.
Why does the order take so much time?
We sell on different sales channels and receive multiple orders every day, some range from 1 unit to 400 units of product per order.
Manufacturing and dispatch is organised in terms of the dispatch date provided to me by the sales channel.
Custom and personalised orders
Although all orders are personalised, all the listings include designs that were made in advance.
If you require a completely new design, it will take me time to design the new graphics for your design. This will cost you £1 to £10 extra from the listed price.
