Care instructions

Acrylic products come with a thin plastic film on them that protects the product from damage during the laser cutting and engraving process.
Silver and gold acrylic has the film on the front side.
All other colours have the film on both sides.
The film can easily be peeled off.

Wood products may have some dust residue, you can easily wash it off with cold water. Do not soak.

Why does the order take so much time?

We sell on different sales channels and receive multiple orders every day, some range from 1 unit to 400 units of product per order.
Manufacturing and dispatch is organised in terms of the dispatch date provided to me by the sales channel.

Custom and personalised orders

Although all orders are personalised, all the listings include designs that were made in advance.
If you require a completely new design, it will take me time to design the new graphics for your design. This will cost you £1 to £10 extra from the listed price.
